INTIMAN Theatre is a tax-exempt organization as described within Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. For federal income tax purposes, the portion of your donation that is tax deductible is limited to the amount in excess of the fair market value (FMV) of the goods and services provided by INTIMAN Theatre to you as a donor.
